Applies to printed gifts in the shop. Planners are instant PDF downloads and do not ship.

Printed to order

Nothing in the shop sits on a shelf. Each item is printed after you order it by our print partner, who also packs and ships it. That is why we can offer so many designs, and it also means production takes a few days before anything leaves the building.

How long it takes

Ship times are estimates, given as ranges. They are not guarantees.

Step	Typical range
Production (printing and packing)	2 to 7 business days. Some items, such as blankets, tumblers, calendars and anything personalized, can take longer.
Delivery after it ships	3 to 8 business days for standard delivery, sometimes longer in busy periods or remote areas.
Order to doorstep	About 5 to 15 business days in total.

December is busy for everyone. When ordering opens we will publish a recommended order-by date for Christmas. If a gift has a deadline, order early.

Where we ship

At launch we ship to addresses in the United States. We may add other countries later and will say so here.

Cost

Shipping is calculated from the items in your order and shown at checkout before you pay. There are no surprise fees added after checkout.

Several items in one order

Items in the same order can be made in different places, so they may ship separately, in different parcels, and arrive on different days. Each parcel gets its own tracking.

Tracking

You will get an email with tracking as soon as an item ships. Tracking can take a day to start updating.

Your address

Please check your address and any personalization before you pay. Once production starts we usually cannot change it, and a parcel sent to an address that was entered incorrectly may not be replaceable.

If your parcel is late or missing

If your order has not arrived by the end of its estimated range plus 5 business days, contact us with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier and our print partner. See returns and replacements for damaged or wrong items.
