Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These terms govern your use of brainyplanner.com and anything you buy from Brainy Planner, a small independent business operated by Aaron Dunn. By using the site you agree to them.
Digital products
Our planners are digital downloads (PDF). No physical item ships. Prices are shown in US dollars and payment is processed by Stripe. After payment you receive access to download your files.
Licence
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use and print the files for your own use. You may not resell, share, redistribute or claim the designs as your own, or use them in products for sale.
Refunds
Because digital products can't be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded, except as required by law. If a file is faulty or won't open, email us and we'll fix it or send a replacement, and refund you if we can't.
Not medical advice
Our planners are organisational tools. References to ADHD describe the design approach and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. under its own terms. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Prices and offerings may change, but not for orders already paid.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no unlawful activity, scraping that degrades the service, attempts to break security, or infringing content.
Intellectual property
The site design, text, planner designs, and branding belong to Brainy Planner. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Disclaimers
The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brainy Planner is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
